Cheltenham make changes to 'improve' Festival

The Cheltenham Festival's organizers have unveiled modifications meant to enhance both the competition and the spectator experience.
Five races will have different rules starting in the following year, with the Turners Novices' Chase being reclassified from a Grade One competition to a handicap chase in an effort to draw more interest and field numbers.
Professional riders will be able to enter the National Hunt Chase, which is now open to amateur jockeys, as a handicap event starting in March of 2025.
