GB star wins double snowboard cross gold

On the penultimate weekend of the snowboard cross World Cup season, Great Britain's Charlotte Bankes completed a golden double but came short of a third consecutive overall win.

Bankes, 28, won her sixth championship of the season in the last race at Mont St Anne, Canada.

But French opponent Chloe Trespeuch finished fourth, earning the points she needed to win the crystal globe.
