Omaserichi Moneke won the U20 women`s 60m at the England Athletics Indoor Championships, highlighting impressive performances across all age groups.

Omaserichi Moneke of Watford Harriers claimed victory in the U20 women`s 60 metres at the England Athletics Open U20/U17/U15 Indoor Championships, setting a personal best of 7.44 seconds. This win marked her first national title, showcasing her remarkable talent on the track. In the pole vault, Isabella Turner from Dacorum AC excelled, clearing 4.00 metres at her second attempt and finishing at 4.10 metres. Thea Brown of Sale Harriers also made headlines, winning the long jump with a leap of 6.24 metres, a significant improvement from her previous best of 5.89 metres.

In the U17 women`s category, Celine Obinna-Alo from Gateshead Harriers delivered an outstanding performance, clocking 7.38 seconds in the 60 metres final, tying for the second-fastest time ever recorded for her age group. Monica Malagala from Chelmsford secured the shot put title with a personal best of 13.93 metres. For the U15 girls, Annabelle Fasuba of City of Plymouth won the 60 metres with a personal best of 7.53 seconds.

On the men`s side, Teddy Wilson edged out Matthew Smart in the U20 men`s 60 metres, both finishing with a time of 6.74 seconds. In the U17 men`s events, Farrell Fabusiwa from Croydon Harriers won the 60 metres in 6.82 seconds, while Ben Foulger took the triple jump title with a jump of 14.26 metres.

Simultaneously, the UK Athletics Cross Challenge series in Leeds saw Amelia Quirk triumph in the senior women`s race, while Logan Rees claimed the senior men`s title. Eliza Nicholson won the U20 women`s race, and Quinn Miell-Ingram led an all-England podium in the U20 men`s race.
