In the U17 women`s category, Celine Obinna-Alo from Gateshead Harriers delivered an outstanding performance, clocking 7.38 seconds in the 60 metres final, tying for the second-fastest time ever recorded for her age group. Monica Malagala from Chelmsford secured the shot put title with a personal best of 13.93 metres. For the U15 girls, Annabelle Fasuba of City of Plymouth won the 60 metres with a personal best of 7.53 seconds.
On the men`s side, Teddy Wilson edged out Matthew Smart in the U20 men`s 60 metres, both finishing with a time of 6.74 seconds. In the U17 men`s events, Farrell Fabusiwa from Croydon Harriers won the 60 metres in 6.82 seconds, while Ben Foulger took the triple jump title with a jump of 14.26 metres.
Simultaneously, the UK Athletics Cross Challenge series in Leeds saw Amelia Quirk triumph in the senior women`s race, while Logan Rees claimed the senior men`s title. Eliza Nicholson won the U20 women`s race, and Quinn Miell-Ingram led an all-England podium in the U20 men`s race.
