大马寄望跳水队再添奖牌。上一届银牌得主吴丽颐和诺哈碧妲将再度携手参加女子双人3米跳板比赛，而恩里克和贝特兰则组成男子双人10米跳台的搭档。女子双人3米跳板项目共有六组参赛队伍，尽管吴丽颐和诺哈碧妲将在与中国队的竞争中面临压力，但她们有很大机会保住上一届的银牌。相反，在男子双人10米跳台项目中，大马队上一届获得第五名，今年由年轻的恩里克和贝特兰搭档。他们将面对来自中国、韩国和澳门代表的强大竞争。
