[Zambia] U17 Jet Into Rabat Ahead of U17 AFCON

The Zambia Under-17 Men's National team has arrived in Rabat ahead of the 2021 Total Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations.

The team touched down at 13:27 hours local time at the Sale International Airport and completed their Covid-19 protocols before heading to Hotel Rihab which is nine kilometres from the airport.

Zambia is in Group A alongside hosts Morocco, Uganda and Ivory Coast, who they will battle in the opener on March 14 at the Moulay Hassan stadium.

Prior to the tournament, George Chilufya's boys are expected to play international friendly matches against Cameroon, Nigeria and FUS Rabat U17.

The early arrival into Rabat will give the team enough time to acclimatize with the North African weather before the tournament kicks off.
