In the girls' 5K, Elizabeth Leachman from the South region emerged as the champion with a time of 17:31.1. She was closely followed by Victoria Garces from the Midwest region, who finished in 17:39.9, and Zariel Macchia from the Northeast region, who completed the race in 17:49.6.
On the boys' side, Tamrat Gavenas from the Northeast region secured the top spot with a time of 15:23.9. Juan Gonzalez from the Midwest region came in second with a time of 15:27.4, and Jack Graffeo, also from the Northeast, finished third in 15:34.5.
