Serie A club’s CEO steps down

Following fan outrage over manager Daniele De Rossi's dismissal last Wednesday, AS Roma Chief Executive Lina Souloukou announced her resignation on Sunday.
Roma sent a brief statement on their website, saying, "We thank Lina for her dedicated service during a critical period for the club and wish her the best in her future endeavours."
