Geoffrey Boycott reveals second cancer diagnosis

Geoffrey Boycott, the legendary cricket player for England, said on Tuesday that he has received a second diagnosis of throat cancer and will have surgery.

Boycott, 83, was informed this week that the cancer has come back after receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatment for the condition in 2002.

In two weeks, the former opening batsmen will have surgery to eradicate the cancer.
