Freshman center Derik Queen emerged as a standout performer, scoring 18 of his career-high 27 points in the second half.

Supporting Queen, sophomore guard Rodney Rice contributed 21 points, while junior point guard Ja`Kobi Gillespie added 15 points to the scoreboard. Senior forward Julian Rice also made his presence felt with eight rebounds and two blocks.
