The match between Shi and Li was a testament to high-quality badminton, with both players pushing each other to their limits. In the mixed doubles semi-finals, Chinese pairs Guo Xin Wa and Chen Fang Hui, along with Feng Yan Zhe and Wei Ya Xin, advanced to the finals, showcasing the depth of talent in the tournament.
