Andre Agassi showcased his prowess at the third edition of the Pickleball Slam held at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas, defeating Andy Roddick in a thrilling singles match. Roddick expressed his frustration over a controversial fault call related to the non-volley zone, known as the "Kitchen," but Agassi maintained his dominance throughout the match.

The event also featured an exciting doubles match where Team Agassi, consisting of Agassi, Steffi Graf, and Mardy Fish, faced off against Team Roddick, which included Roddick, Eugenie Bouchard, and John Isner. The match culminated in a tense single-frame tiebreaker, with Agassi and Fish ultimately securing victory for Team Agassi.

In the broader pickleball scene, Ben Johns continues to reign supreme on the PPA Tour, holding the 1 ranking across all divisions and boasting an impressive 108-match winning streak in singles. With over 80 PPA titles and a reputation for versatility in various sports, Johns is a formidable presence in the pickleball community.
