Danish football is taking a significant step forward with the launch of the initiative `Stop før | stregen`, aimed at eradicating hate speech, racism, homophobia, and other forms of discrimination. This campaign, a collaboration between TV 2, Divisionsforeningen, and Spillerforeningen, will be prominently featured during 3F Superliga matches, starting with the highly anticipated AaB-FC Nordsjælland clash on February 16.

The initiative will utilize various media, including a film, graphics, and visibility on stadium screens, banners, and referees` vests, to foster a more inclusive environment in Danish football. Previous studies highlight the urgency of this initiative, revealing that one in three players from diverse ethnic backgrounds has faced racism, while nearly half of LGBTI+ individuals have encountered discriminatory language regarding their sexuality.
