Danish football is taking a significant step forward with the launch of the initiative `Stop før | stregen`, aimed at eradicating hate speech, racism, homophobia, and other forms of discrimination. Previous studies highlight the urgency of this initiative, revealing that one in three players from diverse ethnic backgrounds has faced racism, while nearly half of LGBTI+ individuals have encountered discriminatory language regarding their sexuality.
