CrossFit Workouts for December 30, 2024
On December 30, 2024, various CrossFit gyms released their daily workouts, each with a unique focus on strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.
At CrossFit Invictus, the workout of the day (WOD) includes a series of rotational landmine presses and goblet Cossack squats.
