Eckroat defends his title at the 2025 Cognizant Classic, while TGL and LPGA events heat up.

The 2025 Cognizant Classic in the Palm Beaches kicks off the PGA Tour`s Florida swing on February 27. Defending champion Austin Eckroat returns to the course, though he is listed as a 50-1 longshot in the betting odds. World No. 18 Shane Lowry leads the field as the 20-1 favorite, with strong contenders Russell Henley, Sungjae Im, and Sepp Straka all at 22-1 odds. The tournament boasts a total purse of $9.2 million, with the winner set to take home $1.656 million and 500 FedEx Cup points.

In TGL action, the Atlanta Drive Golf Club secured a playoff spot by defeating Boston Common Golf 6-3 in the 11th match of the inaugural season. Atlanta`s team, featuring Justin Thomas, Billy Horschel, and Patrick Cantlay, dominated the Singles matches after winning the only point in the Triples session.
