Memphis secured a crucial victory against UAB in the American Athletic Conference (AAC) tournament championship, solidifying their position for the NCAA Tournament. UAB`s Yaxel Lendeborg showcased his talent in the semifinals, contributing 23 points and 13 rebounds, but it wasn`t enough to overcome Memphis`s strong performance. Meanwhile, in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) tournament, No. 4 Florida dominated Alabama with a commanding 104-82 win, positioning themselves for a potential No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

Florida then faced No. 8 Tennessee in the title game, where Tennessee aimed to pull off an upset after defeating top-seeded Auburn to reach the final. The NCAA Tournament bracket is set to be revealed on March 16, 2025, as teams prepare for the upcoming challenges ahead.
