En el Circuito Mundial de Marcha, los puntos se suman basándose en las mejores tres carreras del año de cada atleta. Pintado obtuvo sus puntos clave con la medalla de oro en los Juegos Olímpicos de París, la medalla de oro en el Gran Premio de Rio Maior en Portugal, y el cuarto puesto en el Gran Premio La Coruña en España. Con estos resultados, acumuló un total de 4,068 puntos, quedando a solo cuatro unidades del ganador, el brasileño Caio Bonfim, quien logró 4,072 puntos. El tercer lugar fue para el español Álvaro Martín con 4,032 puntos.
Este es el tercer año consecutivo en el que Pintado se sube al podio del Circuito Mundial de Marcha, después de terminar en el tercer puesto en 2022 y 2023. Pintado sigue los pasos de su entrenador y amigo, Andrés Chocho, quien también tuvo destacadas actuaciones en años anteriores.
Pintado ahora se prepara para una nueva temporada, con el objetivo de ser campeón en el próximo Mundial de Atletismo que se llevará a cabo en septiembre de 2025 en Tokio, Japón.
