Wodapalooza 2025: Elite Athletes Gear Up for Miami

Wodapalooza 2025 is set to take place from January 23 to 26 in Miami, Florida, promising an exciting lineup of CrossFit competitions. This prestigious event will feature individual events on January 23 and 24, followed by team events on January 25 and 26. With 46 divisions and a mix of qualifiers and invitations for athletes from the Games, the competition is expected to attract top talent from around the globe. In the individual elite category of the 2024 Wodapalooza, standout performances were highlighted by Ricky Garard, who topped the leaderboard with 440 points, earning a substantial $75,000 prize. Following closely was Brent Fikowski with 420.5 points, securing a $30,000 prize, and Samuel Kwant with 413 points, taking home $20,000. On the women`s side, Emma Cary led the pack with an impressive 458 points and a $75,000 prize, while Gabriela Migala and Danielle Brandon followed with 452 points and 435.5 points, respectively, earning $30,000 and $20,000.

Looking ahead, the 2025 CrossFit Games will be held at the MVP Arena in Albany, New York, from August 1 to August 3, with tickets expected to go on sale soon. Additionally, CrossFit has introduced a new funding model for the 2025 season, where the prize purse will be supported by 50% of every $20 Open registration, ensuring a robust competitive environment for athletes.
