The PacificAus Sports Netball Series is heating up as the Australian Diamonds prepare to clash with the Silver Ferns of New Zealand from February 17 to February 22, 2025. This fifth edition of the series showcases a storied rivalry, promising an electrifying matchup that fans eagerly anticipate.

In a stunning turn of events, the Black Swans, representing Indigenous talent, pulled off a remarkable victory against the tournament`s top-ranked team, edging them out with a score of 58-56. This victory not only highlights the competitive spirit of the tournament but also underscores the growing prominence of Indigenous representation in netball.

For those involved in the Metropolitan Districts Netball Association (MDNA), nominations for the 2025 Senior State Age Representative and GBNL Team Managers are currently open, closing on February 17, 2025. The MDNA encourages all interested applicants to step forward for a Manager role, with successful candidates receiving an MDNA shirt for the season. The Senior State Age teams will feature players aged 15 and 16, with details for the 18-year-old team to be announced soon.
