British Triumphs Shine in Jeddah`s Formula E Chaos

British drivers excelled in Jeddah`s Formula E, while Aston Martin revealed its AMR25 for the upcoming season.

Formula E made a thrilling debut in Jeddah, showcasing a dramatic British revolution in the title race. Nick Cassidy, representing Jaguar, secured his first points of the season with a commendable fifth-place finish in Race 2 after a tumultuous weekend. Cassidy expressed his satisfaction with finally getting points "on the board" and stressed the importance of enhancing car performance to compete for higher placements.

Jake Hughes, driving for Maserati, celebrated a remarkable double-points finish, clinching third place in Race 2, contributing to an all-British podium alongside Cassidy. Hughes praised the Stellantis powertrain for its impressive performance, which has yielded multiple points finishes in recent races. The British dominance was further emphasized by Jake Dennis, who finished fourth, resulting in a stunning 1-2-3-4 finish for British drivers.

In Formula 1, Aston Martin unveiled the first images of its 2025 car, the AMR25, featuring significant design changes and a commitment to improving performance. Drivers Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll expressed optimism about the upcoming season, highlighting the team`s extensive winter preparations aimed at enhancing low-speed corner handling.

The Eurocup-3 Spanish Winter Championship saw Mattia Colnaghi extend his lead with a thrilling race weekend, while James Egozi achieved a historic sprint victory, showcasing the competitive spirit of motorsports in the UK.
