Buffalo Bandits Dominate with Undefeated Start

Buffalo Bandits remain undefeated in the NLL, while George Mason Patriots secure their first women`s lacrosse win.

Buffalo Bandits are making waves in the National Lacrosse League with a remarkable 6-0 start, marking their fourth such achievement in franchise history. The team is showcasing an impressive offensive display, averaging 16 goals per game while maintaining a solid defense that allows just 9.5 goals per game. Their recent victory against the Albany FireWolves, a 16-10 triumph at KeyBank Center, further solidified their undefeated record.

In contrast, the San Diego Seals are struggling, currently on a three-game losing streak. They face a critical matchup against the Toronto Rock, as both teams are tied for 11th place in the NLL standings. This game is pivotal for the Seals as they seek to regain momentum in their season.

In NCAA Division III Men`s Lacrosse, the preseason rankings are led by teams such as Tufts, Salisbury, RIT, RPI, and Washington and Lee. These rankings reflect the insights of coaches nationwide, although no games have been played yet.

On the women`s side, the George Mason Patriots celebrated their first win of the season, defeating the Radford Highlanders 16-11. The Patriots showcased their strength with three players—Dahlia Trippel, Kate Anders, and Peyton Farley—each achieving hat tricks. Their dominance was evident as they out-shot the Highlanders 43-27 and won the draw control battle decisively.
