This victory marks a significant milestone for the Thunderbirds, showcasing their determination and skill on the field.

In women`s lacrosse, Marymount University showcased their offensive strength by dominating Gwynedd Mercy with a staggering 25-7 victory in the Atlantic East Conference Semifinals. Their performance highlighted their attacking prowess and set the stage for a promising championship run.

High Point University`s women`s lacrosse team also made headlines by clinching a share of the Big South regular-season title, earning the No. 2 seed in the upcoming championship tournament hosted by Mercer University. The Western Collegiate Lacrosse League (WCLL) recently announced its Division I All-Conference team, featuring standout players like Ryan Sanders from Cal Poly and Nat Frederick from California, recognizing their exceptional contributions to the sport.

In men`s lacrosse, the Coast Guard Bears wrapped up their regular season with a notable victory over nationally-ranked Babson College, securing the fifth seed in the NEWMAC Championship Tournament.
