Excitement builds as the 2025 Longines FEI Jumping Championship begins, showcasing top equestrian talent in A Coruña.

The 2025 Longines FEI Jumping European Championship has kicked off at the stunning Casas Novas Equestrian Centre in A Coruña, Spain. The atmosphere is electric as 88 out of 90 horses passed the initial inspection, setting the stage for an exhilarating competition. However, the spotlight is also on Christoph Obernauer`s Kleons Renegade (AUT) and Kim Emmen`s Imagine N.O.P. (NED), who will undergo re-inspection tomorrow after failing the first check.

The first competition is set for July 16, 2025, at 150 CET, featuring a challenging Table A course with jumps soaring to a maximum height of 1.50 meters. Judged under Table C rules, this event promises to deliver nail-biting moments, especially with no jump-off in case of a tie for first place.

Leading the charge in the international showjumping rankings is Kent Farrington, boasting an impressive 3161 points, closely followed by Ben Maher and Henrik von Eckermann. The competition is fierce, with other notable riders like Steve Guerdat and Martin Fuchs also vying for glory.
