British Equestrian Squad Named for FEI Jumping Champs

Excitement builds as British Equestrian announces its squad for the FEI Jumping European Championship, showcasing top talent.

British Equestrian has unveiled an exciting squad of five riders poised to compete in the highly anticipated FEI Jumping European Championship 2025. This announcement marks a significant step in the preparations for one of the most prestigious events in the equestrian calendar, showcasing the depth of talent within the sport. The British Showjumping Selectors have meticulously chosen this squad as part of their ongoing competitive season, indicating a strong commitment to excellence.

Earlier this year, the equestrian scene witnessed remarkable performances, including Miles O`Donnell`s triumphant victory in the Redpost Equestrian Senior Foxhunter Second Rounds at Stainsby Grange aboard Jackpot DS. Additionally, Ireland`s Shane Breen clinched a Grand Prix win at Chard Equestrian in Somerset with his impressive mount, Scarteen. These performances highlight the competitive spirit and skill present in the UK equestrian community.

Moreover, youth squads have been selected to represent Great Britain at the FEI Jumping Youth Nations Cup in Linz-Ebelsberg, Austria, scheduled for late April to early May 2025. This ongoing engagement in competitive events underscores the vibrant landscape of equestrian sports in the UK.
