Xabi could coach Bayern Munich

A “positive” signal. This is what Bayern Munich would have received in its negotiations with Xabi Alonso, according to Sky Sport Germany. The Bavarian ogre is experiencing a season far from it's standards, relegated ten points behind Bayer Leverkusen, Bundesliga leader. Bayern have already formalized the departure of their coach Thomas Tuchel at the end of the season, and would make Alonso, stationed at Leverkusen, their No. 1 choice for the future.
