Auburn Falls to Florida in Stunning NCAAB Upset

Auburn and Duke suffered shocking NCAAB upsets, while Florida and Clemson showcased impressive performances this weekend.

Auburn`s reign as the No. 1 team in the nation came to a shocking halt as they fell to No. 6 Florida, 90-81, at Neville Arena. Walter Clayton Jr. led the Gators with 19 points and nine assists, while Alex Condon contributed a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Florida`s effective shooting, including 13 three-pointers, exploited Auburn`s defensive weaknesses. Despite Johni Broome`s 18 points and Miles Kelly`s 22, Auburn couldn`t keep pace with Florida`s balanced attack.

In another major upset, Clemson defeated No. 2 Duke 77-71, snapping the Blue Devils` impressive 16-game winning streak. Viktor Lakhin was pivotal for Clemson, scoring 22 points and dominating the paint, where the Tigers outscored Duke 40-22. Tyrese Proctor`s 23 points for Duke weren`t enough as Clemson`s clutch free-throw shooting sealed the victory, marking their fifth consecutive win over an AP top-five opponent.

Creighton continued its strong form, extending its winning streak to nine games with a 77-67 victory over No. 11 Marquette. Steven Ashworth led Creighton with 22 points, while Marquette`s Kam Jones scored 27 but struggled with shooting accuracy.

No. 9 Michigan State overcame a halftime deficit to defeat Oregon 86-74, with Jase Richardson scoring a career-high 29 points. Kansas State maintained its momentum with an 81-73 win over No. 16 Kansas, led by David N`Guessan`s 20 points. Texas A&M edged No. 15 Missouri 67-64, thanks to Wade Taylor IV`s last-second three-pointer.

NCAAB upsets and Kentucky vs South Carolina highlighted the weekend`s thrilling action.
