The game showcased an impressive performance from Charlotte`s pitching staff, which recorded a season-high 12 strikeouts. Andrew Kribbs started on the mound, allowing just one hit and one run over 2.0 innings. Joel Sarver followed but was charged with both runs before AJ Camp stepped in, earning the win in his collegiate debut with 2.1 innings pitched and four strikeouts.

Offensively, Noah Furcht shone with a crucial two-run homer in the third inning, contributing to his two-hit night. Dawson Bryce also had a standout performance with two hits, including a double, leading the team with seven hits this season.
