England Athletes Dominate Reykjavik Games

England`s athletes excelled at the Reykjavik International Games, securing multiple podium finishes and showcasing their talent.

A talented team of eight athletes from England showcased their prowess at the 2025 Reykjavik International Games, a prestigious multi-sport competition where athletics took center stage. The English contingent delivered an impressive performance, clinching five first-place finishes and ensuring that every team member secured a podium spot in their respective events.

Dylan Williams led the charge by winning the men`s 60m event with a remarkable time of 6.87 seconds. Jasmine Wilkins matched his success in the women`s 60m, finishing first with a time of 7.47 seconds. The high jump saw Dahlia Corp soar to victory, clearing a height of 1.73 meters, while Molly Palmer excelled in the long jump, achieving a distance of 6.47 meters to take the top spot. Eleanor Strevens rounded out the gold medal performances by winning the women`s 1500m with a time of 4:19.21.

In the men`s 1500m, Senior Programme athlete Thomas Bridger secured a commendable second place with a time of 3:40.15, while William Rabjohns followed closely behind in third with a time of 3:48.03. Other notable performances included Oliver Parker`s second place in the men`s 400m, clocking in at 49.58 seconds, and Arabella Wilson`s third place finish in the women`s 400m with a time of 55.64 seconds.
