Obiageri Amaechi is flying! The African Games Champion set a new Personal Best (P for the 4th time this year, winning the women's Discus Throw at the Oklahoma Throws Series #11 with a brilliant 63.17m.
She further solidified her position as No. 2 on the Nigerian all-time list, defeating Julia Tunks who got a PB of 62.07m.

Ashley Anumba also was in action at the Meeting Cidade de Lisboa, winning the women's Discus by a mile with a Season's Best (S of 58.88m. #athletics #shotput
