Team GB select marathon trio for Paris Olympics

Charlotte Purdue, Calli Hauger-Thackery, and Phil Sesemann have been announced as the first three marathon athletes to represent Team GB in the 2024 Olympics.

Purdue and Hauger-Thackery will compete in the women's race, while Sesemann will participate in the men's event.

All three will make their Olympic debuts at this summer's Games in Paris, which run from July 26 to August 11.
