
In the men`s 5k race, USA`s Andrew Colley shattered the course record with a remarkable time of 13:33, overtaking long-time leader Seb Larstad. England`s Jack Kavanagh finished just behind in second place at 13:35, also surpassing the previous record. Jack Gray and Charlie Brisley contributed to the team`s success, finishing ninth and sixteenth respectively, while Matt Ramsden rounded out the scoring team. The England men`s team claimed victory with a combined time of 41:21, outpacing Scotland and Finland.
The event`s favorable conditions led to impressive performances, with 154 men finishing the 5k under 15 minutes and 41 women completing the 10k in under 10 minutes.
