Ikpeazu Benefit Chinekwu  is a 23-year-old Nigerian striker who commenced playing football in 2008 when he joined Abayi Pillars Football Academy, an institution that had a big impact on his own development as a footballer.

Afterwards, in 2011, Chinekwu joined Uchecharia FC, a Club where he played for 12 years and reached the following achievements: 

• 2017: Matric Cup winner (4 goals in 6 matches);

• 2017: Dean's Cup Winner (8 goals in 6 matches);

• 2021 Dean's Cup Winner (3 goals in 3 matches); 

• 2021 Dean's Cup Most Valuable Player (Top Scorer And Top Assist); 

• 2022 Semi Finalist Aiteo Nigeria FA Cup State Preliminary;

• 2023 Semi Finalist Aiteo Nigeria FA Cup State Preliminary.

Ikpeazu Chinekwu is a striker with many attributes, he is a fast attacking minded forward, right footed with a good pass quality, and many other qualities as he describes in his own words:

"I am strong, talented, powerful, and energetic Footballer [...] I am a hard-working and driven player who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about football and I know how to get the job done whenever I'm be called upon in the field of play".

Chinekwu has Victor Osimhen as his main model,  Osimhen is fearless, determined, very strong in aerial duels and he has the hunger to score.

"I would say my source of inspiration is my compatriot and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, I get so inspired watching him Perform so well for both Country and club and I wish some day I'll also do the same" - he said

Ikpeazu Chinekwu is currently a free agent waiting for a proposal from a Club in which he can show all his abilities and help them to be successful.
