While revealing how he left his erstwhile team, Shuaibu said there was no formal communication with Bare City FC when he left. He noted he only decided he wanted to move on when he received a letter of invite from All Stars FC who needed his services.

"Based on our previous performances, we are working towards making the team more formidable. We have registered some new players I have more confidence in, to lift the coveted trophy once again."
"I have some new signing and replacements, especially in the case of my captain Paul Haggai, who because of age and may not be able to play actively for me."
On the signing of Bare City ex-coach, Shuaibu, Nura said:
"Because I have two or three players from his former team and he came along with them. I think that this is a plus to my team. For them as his players, he will understand them better and seeing him from the bench would spur them to put up their best performances."
