IKF Goteborg Response To Imoro Ibrahim Move To Sweden.

Swedish top-flight side IKF Goteborg has finally responded to their interest in signing Ghana Black Stars and Kotoko SC left back Imoro Ibrahim.

The talented left-back who previously played for Bolga All Stars and Karela United FC in the Ghana Premier League was linked to a move away from the Ghana Premier League record holder’s (24) Kotoko SC to IKF Goteborg this summer.

Following an impressive campaign with the Porcupine Warriors since joining early this season as a free agent, the defender has become a household name in the domestic league. He’s currently regarded as one of the best left-back in the country’s elite Division.

Reports, in the local media disclosed that the left footer and free-kick expert have secured a sensational deal with Swedish side IKF Goteborg and will leave Kotoko SC after the 2020/21 season. However, that proves not to be true as the Swedish club tagged the story as ‘rumour’ with no truth in it.

Ghanaian radio producer who works with Ghana-Kumasi Base Radio Station  Ashh FM in Kumasi, Akpakpo Agodji Kakai pushed to know more on the supposed deal for the talented defender with the response proven not to be true.

Imoro has made 19 appearance in all competitions this season, scoring twice with two assists. He has one Man of The Match accolade to his name.
