Latest on Yamoussoukro City Stadium Ahead of AFCON 2023

Pace  of works on  Stadia Infrastructure in Ivory Coast is moving fast with the latest being the 20,000 Capacity stadium in Ivory Coast Administrative Capital.

 

 

Stade de Yamoussoukro is a stadium currently under construction in Yamoussoukro, Ivory Coast. The stadium will have a capacity of 20,000 seats.

 

 

The roofing, seats and pitch of the stadium have been completed. They will undoubtedly move on to finishing the car parks and covering the exterior facade of the stadium.

 

This stadium will join the two other stadia in Abidjan, the Commercial capital city of Ivory Coast as the three stadia that are fully ready to host matches AFCON 2023.

 

 

The other three stadium still under construction are San Pedro, Buoake and Korhogo Stadia which are almost at the final stages of construction.

 

Yamoussoukro is the third-largest and Administrative Capital city in Ivory Coast and is located in the Northwest of the country.
