Atule Shines as Enyimba Triumphs

Joseph Atule has made a remarkable return to form for Enyimba, significantly impacting their recent performances in both the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) and the CAF Confederation Cup. In a crucial NPFL match against Nasarawa United, Atule opened the scoring and assisted Brown Ideye's winning goal, leading Enyimba to a 2-1 victory. This win marked their first in the league since October 2024, showcasing Atule's vital role in the team's success.

Atule's contributions extend beyond the domestic league, as he also excelled in the CAF Confederation Cup. He scored twice and assisted another goal for Ideye in a commanding 4-1 victory over Black Bulls of Mozambique. His performance in both matches, where he completed the full 90 minutes, highlights a significant turnaround after a challenging start to the season due to injuries.
