Leicester Tigers Women delivered a commanding performance against Sale Sharks Women, securing a decisive 38-17 victory. Meg Jones shone brightly for Leicester, scoring a hat-trick in the first half, while Emily Henrich added two tries to the tally. Charlotte Fray also contributed to the scoreline before halftime, establishing a dominant 31-0 lead. Sale Sharks attempted a comeback in the second half with tries from Sophie Hopkins and Iona Antwis, but Henrich's second try ensured Leicester's victory.
In a Westcountry derby, Gloucester-Hartpury Women emerged victorious over Bristol Bears Women with a score of 40-17. Emma Sing set the tone early with a converted try, and despite Bristol's attempts to respond with tries from Millie David and Alisha Joyce-Butchers, Gloucester-Hartpury's relentless performance in the second half, featuring tries from Mo Hunt, Rachel Lund, Maud Muir, Mia Venner, and Georgia Brock, sealed their win. The match attracted a record-breaking crowd of over 9,000 at Ashton Gate.
Loughborough Lightning Women also celebrated a significant win against Saracens Women, finishing 22-17.
