Disc Golf Tournaments Heat Up on December 28

As the year draws to a close, disc golf enthusiasts are gearing up for several exciting tournaments around the globe. Here are some of the notable events that took place or are scheduled for December 28, 2024.

In the United States, the `Salty Dog 12/28` tournament is underway in Santee, California, organized by Brentt Genton. This Pro-Am C-tier event is part of the disc golf calendar's final push for the year.

Another significant event is the `2024 You Later-Last Chance Flex at Red` held at Fox River Park in Silver Lake, Wisconsin. This tournament, hosted by Tri-Fox, marks one of the last disc golf events of the year in the region.

In Florida, the `Chess.com Invitational presented by Discraft` is set to take place at the Olympus Disc Golf Course in Brooksville. This amateur A-tier tournament will run from December 28 to 29, attracting top amateur players.

Internationally, the `Mijas League - End of 2024` in Mijas, Málaga, Spain, and the `Lille Leland Red 2` in LINDESNES, Norway, are also wrapping up their seasons with final rounds on December 28.
