She shared glimpses of her holiday on Instagram, including photos and clips of her family celebrations. The posts featured her posing before a lit-up Christmas tree, her fiancƩ dancing, and her brother's reaction to receiving a gift.
Shiffrin also updated her followers on her health progress, mentioning that she can now laugh, start driving, and is seeing the return of her abs, albeit with significant effort. Despite her injury, Shiffrin extended her World Cup medal tally to 99 in the 2024/25 World Cup season before the crash.
