Champions League New Format

Here's the first look at the new UEFA Champions League format:

◉ 7 teams still need to qualify to complete the 36-club table.
◉ Each team will play 8 games against 8 different teams (4 home, 4 away), with no return matches.
◉ Teams finishing 1st to 8th go directly to the Round of 16.
◉ Teams finishing 9th to 24th will compete in knockout playoffs to join the top 8 in the Round of 16.
◉ Teams finishing 25th to 36th are completely eliminated from European competitions, with no UCL teams dropping to the Europa League. #ucl #uefa
