Djokovic eases past Kopriva into round two

With a polished performance against Vit Kopriva, a Czech qualifier, on Tuesday, Novak Djokovic, the seven-time Wimbledon champion, allayed worries about his knee and advanced to the second round.

The 37-year-old, whose meniscus rupture ruined his French Open career, was playing with a support on his right leg after a minor procedure less than four weeks ago. He never faced a break point and won in just under two hours.
