Erasmus defends Kolisi after weight comments

In response to remarks made regarding the player's weight by Racing 92 owner Jacky Lorenzetti, South Africa's head coach Rassie Erasmus has backed captain Siya Kolisi.

Josua Tuisova, an international player for Fiji, and Kolisi were criticized by Lorenzetti earlier this month, who said the Springbok striker had gained weight and was "invisible" during Racing's Top 14 quarterfinal loss to Bordeaux.

However, Erasmus backed the two-time World Cup champion captain during a news conference where Kolisi was officially named the captain for the forthcoming Test series against Ireland.
