Man City cruise past West Ham to move top of WSL

After easily defeating West Ham to win their 13th consecutive league game, Manchester City took the lead in the Women's Super League.

After just three minutes, City had already scored twice. Leila Ouahabi had turned a Jess Park cut-back past Mackenzie Arnold, and Khadija Shaw had scored on a half-volley after chesting down a Lauren Hemp delivery.

The Jamaican forward scored her second goal in the 24th minute after Hemp crossed the ball, but her strong first half was ruined when she had to be replaced at halftime.
