UEFA announced on Monday that Romanian fourth official Sebastian Colţescu and assistant referee Octavian Sovre have been cleared of racism and other discriminatory conduct during December's Champions League match between Paris Saint-Germain and Istanbul Basaksehir in Paris.
He has subsequently been suspended from carrying out any refereeing function until the end of the 2020-21 season, which is June 30, 2021.
