Son apologizes after clash with South Korean teammate Lee

South Korean football team captain Son Heung-min (Tottenham) apologized on Wednesday for his role in a clash in Qatar during the Asian Cup with teammate and midfielder Lee Kang-in (PSG) who had dislocated his finger the day before the semi-final, lost 2-0 against Jordan. Lee, castigated by South Korean fans for the incident and abandoned by advertisers, also expressed contrition and announced that he had traveled to London to personally apologize to Son.
