Chelsea edge past Palace - Women's FA Cup round-up

British signing of records Chelsea's first goal came from Mayra Ramirez as they defeated Crystal Palace, a lower division team, 1-0 to go to the Women's FA Cup quarterfinals.

In the 81st minute, Ramirez, 24, deftly maneuvered past Demi Lambourne to score the game's lone goal.

An earlier goal by the Blues was disallowed for offside after Ashley Lawrence's deflected shot was flagged.
