Canadian marathoner Malindi Elmore met the Paris Olympic standard in Berlin

Malindi Elmore, a 43-year-old from Kelowna, B.C., put in 120 hours of running over the past 10 weeks, attended 10 physiotherapy appointments, and engaged in 22 weight training sessions. Her dedication paid off significantly on Sunday when she finished 13th among female participants at the Berlin Marathon, completing it in two hours, 23 minutes, and 30 seconds. This outstanding achievement secured her a spot in the women's Olympic marathon in Paris next summer. #malindielmore #berlinmarathon #olympicqualification
