被誉为"排球甜心"的廖苡任不仅拥有甜美外貌，还有着灿烂的笑容，今年她有幸成为成都世界大学运动会的中华代表队开幕式掌旗官。曾在2018年因左膝十字韧带撕裂受伤的她，休息了一段时间，如今终于能够迎接五年来的亚运赛事，她的目标是帮助中华女排重返四强。
因为曾经失去了机会，也受过伤，所以更加珍惜能有出征比赛的机会。她也希望每一场比赛都可以打得出色，发挥实力争取四强。
