从最初的练球到武术，大马武术世界冠军陈昌敏在机缘巧合的情况下踏上了一条成功的道路。陈昌敏分享了她加入武术的心路历程。一次参加课外活动让她接触了武术，并且在比赛中赢得了金牌。教练看出了她的潜质，决定继续培养她，于是她踏入了武术领域。最终，她参加了世界青少年选拔赛，成功入选国家队。
然而，陈昌敏唯一的遗憾是4年前的亚运会，她因为比赛时分心而导致失误。但她现在希望在本届亚运会中能够如愿夺得奖牌。
