Thrilling Sepak Takraw events unfold as tournaments and training sessions ignite passion for the sport across regions.

The Sepak Takraw scene is buzzing with activity as the inaugural 1st State Level Sepak Takraw Social Awareness Trophy 2025 took center stage, organized by Kanglei Yehou Cheingak and Ucheckon Youth. This vibrant event, held on July 5, showcased the spirit of the sport and aimed to raise social awareness through engaging matches and community involvement.

In preparation for future competitions, the All Nagaland Private Schools` Association-Central, in collaboration with the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, conducted intensive teacher training sessions from July 2 to 4. These sessions, held in Kohima and Mon, involved multiple schools and districts, focusing on nurturing young talent for the upcoming State Level Sepak Takraw tournament for U-14 boys and girls. The final phase of this crucial training is set to take place on July 7 in Mokokchung, promising to equip coaches with the skills necessary to elevate the game.

Meanwhile, in Yangon, Myanmar, the Bago Region Chief Minister`s Cup featured an exciting U-23 Sepak Takraw competition.
